Wolf Song Easy Art Quilt

Wolf Song Easy Art Quilt by Marie NoahWolf Song Easy Art Quilt is the newest design in my series of large block art quilts. It features a striking 26 1/2 inch pieced block as a backdrop for an iconic wilderness night time scene. There is plenty of piecing to satisfy the quilter in me and just enough applique to tell the story. I’ve made it available to you in three options, quilt kit, applique set and full color pattern. You choose what works best for you.

SHARING MY PASSION

My passion and inspiration for design comes from the breathtaking, wild outdoors. Residing in Alaska for the past 26 years has provided me with an overwhelming tide of ideas, bursting to be released in quilt form. At last, this year I made it my mission to bring more of these visions to life. Sharing my quilted creations with quilters everywhere has been a rewarding experience for me.  I enjoy hearing the stories of triumph and challenge that surround the projects as others bring them to completion. Please keep the pictures and stories coming!

I’ve made it easy for you to recreate Wolf Song for yourself. It was created with rich hand dyed batik watercolor fabrics. If you are fairly new to quilting, this project will provide just the right amount of challenge to take you to the next level. I’ve written the pattern with detailed instructions and full color diagrams to guide you through the sewing process. If you choose either the full laser cut kit or even the applique set your time invested will be cut down substantially.Wolf Song Detailed Instructions

  • Very beautiful…I enjoyed doing the continuum. The Wolf Art looks great too.

  • I hope you’d like to know that my Greater Alasks Quilt Shop Hop quilt from 2009 is ready to be quilted. I’m afraid to begin the machine quilting because I’m afraid I’ll ruin it. Your design for those blocks was fabulous. Everyone is in love with my quilt when u share it in its present state. By the way, my husband and I visited 13 of the 16 shops in our motorhome that summer. I have since then visited two more of them. I’d love to share a picture with you but I don’t see how to do it here.
